Classes are taught in an informative and loving way, focusing on breath and personal alignment and guiding students to reach their true potential. It is important that students feel safe in their space in order to properly meet their personal needs. To help cultivate a comfortable environment, I love providing fun and sometimes themed music-allowing students to let go of worry or judgments, be themselves, and, most importantly, have fun!

Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki is a system of natural healing and therapeutic touch developed in Japan. It comes from 2 Japanese works “rei” & “Ki”. “Rei” is universal, and “ki” mean life force energy, which is similar to Chi or Prana.
Reiki assists and supports the body in self-healing physically, mentally, and emotionally. It clears energy blockages that may be limiting and helps restore energetic balance for your mind, body, and spirit.

Mindful meditation is transforming the mind, taking us to a state of awareness of our true self.
In this crazy, ever moving world, meditation teaches us to calm the mind. With steady practice, you will begin to develop inner clarity, calm your mind, reduce stress & anxiety, increase creativity, and learn to focus on the present moment.
Each session we will work on different types of guided mediation, allowing you to gain some tools to start practicing at home.

How to get started?
We will set up an initial 15-20 min consultation call to insure everyone is on the same page and make sure this is the best fit for you. You will discuss your goals & wants, what both of our responsibilities will be, and book your first appointment (phone, skype, or in person).
What happens at my first appointment?
We will review your goals as well as go over your eating habits and overall lifestyle. From there we will identify your individualized needs and develop a suggested plan of action: Recommended guidelines, meals, and support to help you stay motivated and succeed!
